Excess Amount Increasing Yearly
<p>Me. Jacqueline van Niekerk has been with Miway for 4 years now and never claimed. After 4 years now that she wants to claim Miway states that the excess amount is R4200 where as in the beginning when the insurance was taken MiWay said that the excess amoint is R1250 whenever claiming. I have never heard of an excess amount that automatically increases yearly. She has never claimed and the excess amount should never have increased at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could someone from miway please resolve this.</p>
