Exceptional Service - Zandile to the rescue

<p>I had a flat battery on Sunday morning and called the Miway emergency roadside number.</p> <p>I was greeted by the most angelic voice i've ever heard <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>(more call centre's need this) </strong></span></p> <p>After speaking to Zandile Mfuphi and my particulars were verified i received a sms confirmation and within minutes another sms followed with the details of the roadside service provider.</p> <p>Before and after the service provider arrived i received calls from Zandile, this really made me feel as if "WE" are in this together.</p> <p>Zandile, i commend your patronage and professionalism.</p> <p>Miway did it once again. </p>
