Exceptional Service with a great attitude

We all cringe when we have to call through to a call centre because its always about queing and being transferred from person to person.<br> <br> Dorcus on the other hand made my interaction not just pleasant but enjoyable! She had a great attitude and bubbly personality which really came through from how she spoke and treated me as well as how she helped me so expeditiously.<br> <br> She figured out what I wanted which was an insurance confirmation letter and sent it through to me very quickly and was actually able to assist me as well with questions i raised which were actually outside of her scope of business and directed me to the right department which could assist me.<br> <br> She took my contact number to follow up with a call to ensure that the department that would assist me with my query on one of the vehicle premiums on my policy.<br> <br> I am very happy with the service and attitude shown by Dorcus and with such excellent customer support from the call centre, I will most definitely be remaining a very happy customer of Miway.<br> <br> <br> <br>
