Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most

I recently had a wonderful experience with Miway's Roadside Assist service for the first time. My bike's chain snapped and wedged itself between the wheel and the frame, leaving me stranded. Feeling very vulnerable, and with rain starting to fall, I looked up Miway's number and called them.

Long story short, within an hour, a flatbed had arrived, my bike was at the workshop, and I was at work. The operator was super friendly, ultra calm, kept me updated, and even followed up.
