Exceptional Service Recevied From MiWay

I recently purchased a new vehicle and amended my policy with MiWay to reflect this change in insurance requirements using MiWay's online self service system. I have used this system in the past with success. However, unfortunately this time I was billed by MiWay - on a vehicle which I no longer had in my possession- traded in, for December and January. After receiving several extremely courteous followup calls from Mmapaseka Ma****isho, this issue was exceptionally professionally dealt with and completely resolved by Mmapaseka.
