Exceptional service from Tumisang Kolwane

I called the call centre on Thursday, 29 August regarding my car keys, which had been locked in the car, and I was assisted by Tumisang Kolwane. The service received was exceptional. He followed up throughout the day to determine whether the locksmith had been in contact with me. He continued following up until the locksmith arrived (he assured me that he would ensure that I get the required service and he lived up to that promise). When the locksmith arrived, Tumi had already knocked off but he had handed over my matter to a colleague of his, who called to check whether the locksmith had assisted me. Tumi's service was the best I have received in a very long time and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. Thanks for the great service :-).
