There is a reason why I am a client with Miway Insurance is the undisputed high level of greatness when it comes to service. People like Pieter Otto are the individuals we need in our lives, who actually know what the word empathy is and when a trouble strikes, people like him simply takes the stress from you and make it their stress. I would really like to express my gratefulness to Pieter Otto for providing outstanding service when I submitted a claim. Few hours after the assessor came by, Pieter called to give an update on my claim. I appreciate that he understood the level of urgency the matter was and he treated it as such. As a client of 7yrs with Miway, I have no intentions of moving anywhere because I know when its claim time, I don't need to jump through hoops to get resolutions.
