Exceptional Service from Ofentse

<p>Every once in a while one receives exceptional service. The service I received from Ofentse Tshukudu this morning was that exception. A few minutes into my chat with Ofentse the line dropped, but Ofentse called me back shortly and again 10 min later when there was additional information that was required. As Ofentse promised the border letter arived shortly after the call ended. Thanks to Latisha Naidoo for sending the letter. You ladies ROCK! Ps.
