Nhlanhla went above an beyond to ensure that I understood the procedures that followed. I gave him such a hard time as my initial consultant, Ayanda lacked in communication. I needed clarification as this was the first time that I have experienced an accident. Nhlanhla was so calm throughout the whole process and held my hand step by step. He even called the next day to ask me how I am doing.

My encounter with Ayanda made me re-think my insurance company however after speaking to Nhlanhla, I was totally blown away.
