Exceptional Service from Mpho and Niyelani
Yesterday I enjoyed exceptional from a client care consultant, Niyelani Baloyi. Our interaction was very pleasant, without a doubt I was handled with respect and professional care.
I was was then transferred to a Mpho Molusi, a senior adviser and together unpacked my concerns. What came out of that interaction was nothing short of absolutely amazing. I now enjoy peace of mind knowing that MiWay cares about customers such as myself and reward qualities such as loyalty.
Thank you for reducing my premiums to align with my heartfelt concerns and the added car hire is deeply appreciated.
