Exceptional service from Miway insurance

I was involved in a serious accident on the 27 November 2021. From the moment of the accident, Miway consultants were communicating with me and making sure I am well and my vehicle towed away. My claim status changed there and then on the app indicating and giving me updates on the claim. After I had submitted the relevant accident documents and statement online, I was contacted by one of the staff member by the name of Shahid Koeries who introduced himself as claim assessor. Since then he was in contact with me everyday and took me to the accident scene for further statements and photos and addressed all the questions and worries I had and gave advices which helped me do an informed decisions in terms of options available to me. In three days time thereafter, he informed me that my claim is finalised and Miway has accepted the payout option I had chosen. In about two day thereafter the payout of the value of my car was paid into my chosen bank account. All in all, it took Miway about five days to finalise my claim. The claim process was made very easy and was very comforting in those stressful moments I was going through. I am so grateful with the service, treatment and professionalism displayed by Miway team, everyone involved in my claim, and in particular, Shahid Koeries who was there everyday for me making sure everything goes well within a very short time. I have been with Miway from 2011 and have been claiming for minor things like roadside assistance and the likes and they have always given me the best service with a rapid response time without even letting me down. Now that I had a major claim, involving a serious life threatening incident where my vehicle was written off, I received even a better service. This really proved to me that Miway really cares for their customers and they mean what they say when it comes to satisfying their customers and their wellbeing. I can gladly recommend Miway with pride because I have experienced an exceptional service from them which really deserves all the praises and gratitude.
