Exceptional Service from MiWay Insurance.

On the 16th of May 2019, I contacted MiWay to make some changes to my policy. The service that I received from Ofentse and Refilwe (unfortunately I didn't take down their last names) still brings a smile to my face whenever I think about it. Hence I felt compelled to compliment them. Getting in contact with MiWay was a breeze. There was a time when our conversation got cut off, but Ofentse ensured that she phoned me back at a time that was convenient for me. I really appreciate the way the listened to my concerns and how they addressed them. They were VERY helpful, professional and polite...and all this ,while communicating in my home language (Tswana). This is just my "small" way of saying thank you Ofentse and Refilwe. Hopefully MiWay recognizes and values your work. Please continue to give others the exceptional service that you gave me.
