Exceptional Service From Khulu Ngema

I would like to take this time in highlighting the excellent service that Khulu Ngema gave in assisting me with my policy when service consultants seem to have been speaking different language from each other. If it was possible I would rather deal with her when it comes to my policy, the level of professionalism she gives is outstanding. seems like she's the only one that actually knows how to treat customers fairly in that organisation.
