Exceptional service from Gordan

A delayed but still much deserved compliment to Gordan Mtakati. Gordan assisted me with updating my policy for a new vehicle in 2021. The entire experience start to finish was simply brilliant. Gordan displayed patience, client centricity and willingness to go the extra mile. What stood out the most was after concluding the updated policy and premium, Gordan still forwarded my policy to a team lead to review the premium and had the premium reduced further. It is refreshing to deal with someone who understands what client service means, and someone to whom professionalism is not optional. I applaud you for your efforts and trust that the company will recognise you for helping retain a client.
