Exceptional service From

<p>I was not happy with the increase on my Miway insurance premium. I phoned Miway on 11/05/2016 and requested to speak to a cunsultant that would be able to assist me with my problem. My call was transferred to a relevant person that would be able to assist me with the review of my policy. I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman by the name of Henry Shongwe, that listened to my problem and assured me that he would do everything he possibly can to assist me and make me happy without leaving the Miway family, as I have been with Miway for the past 6 years already. Within a few minutes Henry was able to assist me and gave me a much better price on my insurance. Not only was I happy that Henry was able to assist me by getting me a cheaper premium, but he dealt with me in a very cool and professional manner, giving me excellent service, which are very rare these days. Thank you so much for assisting me the way you did Henry and for making me a happy customer. Each company need a bit more people like you.
