Exceptional service excellence from Ms Bobolo Mabena-Miway

I lodged a claim recently with Miway Insurance and my case was handled by Ms Bonolo Mabena. She has exuded exceptional service excellence and exceeded my expectations. She constantly provides feedback and progress. The case was finalised within a very short period of time. Having lodged the claim during the Festive season (a week ago), I had expected the case to drag longer than a month. But the case was finalised within a week. Its not the approval of the case that's stood out for me, but the constant communication from Ms Bonolo Mabena.
