Exceptional service

Good day All

I would really like to rate an exceptional services I received from Hamilton Pheeha from the day my claim was allocated to him. He has been incredible, very empathetic and went the extra mile to assist me. He is very professional and his humility stand out, I must admit that my case was a rather tricky and personal one, never did I for once feel that my privacy was invaded or I was cross questioned.

I want to rate him 10/10, and want to assure his Manager that he was a leader in him and his team members like him because he is one of a kind. Even after the claim was approved, he is very professional and is always ready to assist me with whatever query I have with Miway, I get touched and emotional when I talk about it, but I am happy and grateful for the service I have experienced with him as an Assessor and the company at large.
