Exceptional service

I had an excellent given to me by Miss Ntokozo Mdunge who assisted me with my tracker info when other senior advisors did not even understand the concept of they type of tracker that was installed. The other consultants wanted me to downgrade to a lower tracker option which just didn't make any sense up until Ntokozo assisted. I will forever be grateful for it. She deserves a big bonus for Christmas and a good KPA rating for 2020.
