Exceptional service - Consultant named Tumisang

I've only ever claimed from Miway once and that was last year for a windshield replacement, the process was easy enough through using the Miway app and everything was hassle free.

This time I had issues with driving my car with the engine light coming on and a loss of power and needed to tow it from one town to the next as i was away from home for the Saturday (16/11/2019). I called Miway and a consultant named Tumisang assisted me with organising for my car to get towed, for all towing costs to be settled and constantly followed up with me and the towing company in terms of the progress to make sure that everything went smoothly. I was very much impressed with the service that Tumisang provided me with as everything went down without a hitch and i got my car back home safely without any further issues.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to dealing with insurance / warranty companies as i hear so much from other people where they've had tons of issues, but i'm happy to say that the 2 times i've had to deal with claims from Miway that i haven't had any hassles at all, and i gladly compliment Tumisang on the exceptional service that he provided me with this past weekend.
