Exceptional service by a MiWay employee

I must say it feels good to see there are companies with individuals that give exceptional service to clients in this day and age, when most insurance companies are just out to make a quick buck. I must commend Lerato Mathabe, for her professionalism and ability to hear me out as a client. I was not happy with the premium I was paying and she heard my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure as a valued and loyal client, my concerns were heard. As a retention specialist, I'm sure she has to deal with a lot on a daily basis, but I would just like to say thank you for seeing me as a valued client, and for showing that MiWay does business with a spirit of Ubuntu. Lerato you are a real asset to MiWay, and thank you for the awesome service!
