Exceptional Service - Biggest Thank You

I'd like to express extreme gratitude & tell South Africa about the awesome way in which my claim was handled by MiWay. Firstly my unfortunate accident happened within 2/3 weeks of joining them but the way they have been kind and sympathetic with my whole situation has moved me. Its not only the kindness but also the fact that they have actually paid out as they promised. I have no doubt that I will be a MiWay client for life. When I buy another car which I have no doubt will be quite soon i will again call on them for cover.

From the automatic response and submission of the claim and car towing services, to the submission of documents, follow up calls and feedback to eventually the claims approval process.

I am really blessed and grateful for them, I'd like to also take special mention of a claims consultant called Thamsanqa Ntongana. Dude you are awesome, thank you so much for exhibiting such exceptional service which these days is a rare find.
