Exceptional Service and Genuine Understanding

I would like to give a special thank you to both Boipelo Mohlamme and Ntombi Khosa for the way they handled my matter.

I was in a very difficult financial situation and was honestly quite stressed about how I was going to deal with the amount I was being asked to pay. Ntombi was the first person to contact me, and from the beginning she was incredibly kind, understanding and sympathetic towards my situation. She specifically referred me to Boipelo because she believed he would be able to assist me, and I’m very grateful that she did.

Boipelo was absolutely amazing throughout the process. He listened to my situation, treated me with respect and genuinely went out of his way to help me find a solution that I could manage. He was patient, understanding and made what was a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Thanks to both of them, we were able to reach a settlement that I could realistically afford, and I’m extremely grateful for the understanding and effort they showed me.

People often only take the time to complain when things go wrong, so I wanted to take a moment to recognise good service when I experience it. Ntombi and Boipelo were both incredibly helpful, and I really appreciate everything they did for me.
