Exceptional Service

Good Day,

I was assisted by two gentlemen, Raymond, and Thando, their Exceptional service was top grade. From wanting to cancel my premiums at the start of the call, Raymond, made me aware that MiWay does not cancel (does not have that option), but rather they resolve issues, which he managed to do when Thando came in to assist, at the end of the call, i was all smiles. Even the customer respective Andrew, give me great service. Thank you for the great work, and note that I will continue with my business at my MiWay.
