Exceptional Service

I received notification of my yearly premium increase(13.7%), which I rejected out-rightly. I intended to shop around for a better rate, however, I got a got a call from Miway and was referred to Lehlohonolo(senior consultant), who not only arranged for annulment of the increase, but came back to offer a decrease on my current premium instead. I felt that they went beyond my expectation, to keep me as a client. In today's work environment, Good service is hard to come by; Lehlohonolo was courteous, professional, and empathetic. Credit where credit is due!
