Exceptional Service

I would like to thank Phemelo Khunou for the exceptional service received when we were cancelling our policy. the initial adviser was useless and made it very difficult to cancel the policy- literally holding hostage to keeping the policy. But Phemelo saved the day, was about to loose my toys, but he manged to calm me down. Thank you so much and because of the service received from Phemelo. I will consider Miway when i need insurance in the future. He prioritized our refund and kept us update through out the cancellation process. Thank you again.
