Exceptional Service

The service and assistance from MiWay was simply exceptional, thank you to case handler Pule Tshwale from MiWay. My wife was involved in motor vehicle accident Tuesday morning the 7th January 2020. MiWay through tracker notified me of the accident. Pule by then already contacted medical services to assist my wife at the accident scene. He kept in contact with me whiles on my way to accident scene, making several followup calls on updates. My wife was transported to hospital and received medical care in a very short space of time. Pule arranged conformation in getting the tow in services authorized in minutes. Throughout the following 6 days over the weekend Pule kept me updated on progress of the claim steps. His extremely professional, organized and caring manner in which he handled the entire incident was totally exceptional. His calm professional approach resulted in my wife and I not having to worry about the claim process in this stressful situation. Pule finalized the claim process within 6 days that included a weekend enabling us to replace our totaled vehicle.
