exceptional service

I called needing help with correcting the year and month of when my Licence was issued even though i was angry and did not speak to him well he was calm and helped me without giving me an attitude.<br> and he didn't hang up till i received the documents to check if they where correct this time.he was very helpful and at the end i was happy with his service. <br>
