Exceptional service received from two Miway Advisors. Marice Tucker and Atlarelang Nhlapo from the claims department. My claim was registered, my vehicle assessment booked and my claim authorised in no time at all thank to Marice. What an efficient and easy claim process it was. Truly appreciated the help. After presenting for my vehicle assessment and not knowing how to proceed or where to go, I called in for assistance and even though this was not his claim, Atlarelang Nhlapo took time out of his schedule to come out and personally attend to me instead of just directing me to the relevant place, this was truly amazing, well done Miway!
