Her attitude and engagement with a customer is a "people-first" appro
ach. The support I received was thorough and prompt. Always following up and giving feedback updates. To my surprise, this awesome lady went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me in resolving a technical issue I was experiencing with the side App. She had sensed my distress over the matter and she graciously stepped in and the issue was addressed with a single interaction.
