Exceptional Service,
Bafentsi Mogoshi is a very persistent individual, he pushes boundaries and he gets things done. Placing him in your retention's department was the wisest decision. Thank you for being you and for going above and beyond. I bet your knee hurts after being on it so long, but it was all worth it. Thank you my brother, much appreciated. Keep it up and do what you did for me for others as well.
