Exceptional Service
On Friday the 15th of February 2019 i was traveling to Botswana with my parents. 20 to 25 km to zeerust the car broke down. We tried to check the fault only to realise that it was machenical problem. The car was no longer drivable and called Miway for assistance. Edwin picked up my call and explained what had happen. He listen and arrange for car to be towed back to Rustenburg. He kept me updated regarding the person who was coming to assist me. He went extra mile for me. The vehicle dissapointed and he managed to put big smile on my face.
He even called me the next day to check whether we arrived safely. Thank you Edwin for your exceptional service and going beyond.
