Exceptional service

I’m really impressed with the service I got from Ntokozo Sibeko, he went above and beyond his duties. I had called MiWay during the afternoon of 14/12/2018 to schedule a WeDrive service for later that night, and was assisted by Ntokozo. During the course of the night, I called and asked to reschedule the booking to a later time, and was assisted by another agent. I subsequently cancelled the booking, as I left the venue earlier than anticipated, and was good to drive. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed that someone from MiWay had tried contacting me around 3am. It turns out it was Ntokozo. He called me again at 11h15 on 15/12/2018 to check if I had made it home safely. I assume that his duties are merely to help with making booking. Not having been able to get hold of me in the early hours of the morning and being concerned whether I’d actually made it home, he went above his duties and called the following day to make sure I was safe. Big ups to Ntokozo, it shows that he really cares about the people he assists.
