Exceptional service
For the first time ever, I called MiWay and received exceptional service. I had a complaint about my car being at the panelbeaters for too long and no one there was giving me updates. I called MiWay and spoke to a consultant named Thabiso Dibakwane. He called the panelbeaters to check on the progress of my car, and got them to pull their socks up; I am now updated about my car and they will let me know as soon as possible when I can get it. Thank You Thabiso for your exceptional service.
