Exceptional Service

For almost a year that I have been dealing with Suzan Baloyi with regards to the accident I had. She has be absolutely awesome, understanding my frustrations about the whole thing. I could call her everytime the third party would call me and harras me. She went out of her way to ensure that this whole matter does not affect my life and that making it easy for me. She's been friendly through out. She kept me informed every single step of the way. Thank you so much for your help Suzan. For someone like me who had not been through this odeal before you have made it easy for me and less streesing. I am happy that all is settled now.
