Consultant Name: Nthabiseng Maubane I called in to update my banking details on my Policy and I felt like I was interacting with my sister. The manner in which Nthabiseng assisted me has left my face with a huge smile for weeks! As she was assisting me, she placed me on hold to verify some info. with her manager. As she returned to the call, there was a technical problem on the line, (I could hear her, but she could not hear me - for like a minute and a few seconds), and I decided to end the call. As I was about to call again, I received a callback from her and she explained to me how she's been affected by technical issues. I made her aware that I understand that such things happen.
