I had occasion to have to call MiWay to make a change on my policy and the young lady who attended to me, Koketso Mashishi, did everything she could to ensure that my requirements were seen to. She was very very patient when I had to look for information that she required and never once lost her patience with me. She is definitely an asset to her company and should people go through to her there will be no chance that they will get upset.
