Exceptional Service

I had been trying to get a better cover with Miway for over 3 months to no joy to a point that i was even considering to leave them, until Adelaide Twala called me yesterday. I have been offered less and affordable premium by other insurers but was skeptical of the switch, I am with Miway due to the service and I have never had any issues with my claims and they always did what they are advertising. Adelaide was an absolute star who took her time to make me understand why am i paying the current premium and what affects the premium change. She was upfront about her not being able to give me the premium that i wanted but will try as a senior consultant. At the end she managed to get me the premium that I needed by doing few small changes that didn't even affect my access or my policy negatively, I got a great premium with a great cover. People like Adelaide should be rewarded for ensuring that the customer doesn't leave which is customer retention. She talks to you with sincerity and humility like she knows your situation fully, before she talks about money she makes you understand your policy item by item which not all companies or consultants do that, instead they so quick to drop the premium by raising the access which will affect you negatively come claim time or give you less cover that looks good on paper but its actually a loss to you. Well done Adelaide and thank you for the service you have won a client for life for Miway and hope that this message is seen by your bosses so that they can ensure that they retain you just like you retained me for them.
