Good day I am pleased to share with you that my dealings with Pieter Otto at Miway has been a pleasant experience. He responded promptly to my Claim and kept me updated on a daily bases. His professionalism and telephone etiquette is of high standards. I am sure you are pleased to have Pieter on your team. Being in management position myself I know that an employee like Pieter is certainly an asset to any organisation.
Pieter's commitment, urgency and dedication in responding to my requests is exceptional!
We always complain of service failures and never compliment staff for a job well done.
