Exceptional Service!!!

Good day

I would like to say a special thank you to Melusi Mkhize and Mpho Rabele for their excellent customer service on Thursday the 23th of April 2020.

I called in needing assistance with my insurance policy and premiums and was assisted by Melusi Mkhize who did a great job in assisting me after he had done all he could he transferred me to Mpho Rabele his supervisor. Mpho was very gracious on the line, took the time to listen to me and my issues and finally was able to advise and assist me in a kind and professional manner and after all was said and done, the best part was that he was able to save me a good amount of money off my monthly premium. ( Simply Exceptional!!!)

In the current business environment in South Africa, good customer service is very difficult to come by, these two gentlemen are assists to the company and should be kept. (This is truly the reason why I’ve stayed with Miway over all these years and will continue to recommend this great company)
