On 17 March, I received a call back from Ramasela Papo, who treated me with so much courtesy and listened to my request and later transferred me to her senior Mpho Rabele. Both Ramasela and Mpho treated me with so much courtesy and attentively listened to the reason I requested a call back and successfully addressed my issue. I am truly grateful for the service - makes for major contribution to brand loyalty.
