Exceptional Help
I phoned initially to cancel my policy as I found an insurance that could cover us for half of our premium but Tebogo came on the line and asked nicely that she would like to see how they could adjust our premium as they wouldn't want to lose us as a valued client. Tebogo was great, she brought down the premium to even lower than the other insurance company. Thank you Tebogo for your excellent help and service, we are still a client because of you :)
