Exceptional Customer Service From Buhle Nkuna
Buhle Nkuna's polite engagement is exceptional. I almost cancelled my policy(which I was not suppose to at the first place), but due to her exceptional probing and calm friendly engagement........ I quickly realized that I am actually cancelling a wrong policy. Bravos to her attentiveness and calmness. It was a great pleasure interacting with Buhle.
