Exceptional customer service experience

Just got off a call with a gentleman by the name of Maduvha from the retentions department who conducted a thorough needs analysis and now happy that everything I care and work so hard for is well covered. He was very patient, he knew his products and broke down that heavy technical English into chunks I could understand and agree too. Thank you Abuti for your professionalism.
