Exceptional Customer service !!

I phoned Miway on the 3rd of December 2019 regarding my premiums and I spoke to Boledi who then transferred me to Itumeleng. I am very impressed by the professional and friendliness that I received from Itu, the entire conversation felt like I was talking to one of my family members. I phoned regarding one thing and Itu took into consideration that I just had a baby and suggested other things that I did not even think about that will be beneficial to me and the new family addition. Thank you so much Itu for living up to your name by making me happy and for giving me an early Christmas present. Kudos to you and keep up the good work!!
