Exceptional Customer Service and Experience.

I was super impressed by the level of customer service Sesi and experience provided by Sesi, who is the agent that was assisting me with a flat battery claim with MiWay - firstly the initial call out guy's charger did not have enough capacity to get my car started and she had to find someone else for me, who unfortunately could not come bqcause he said he was too far out. Sesi remained very calm, with positive energy throughout the call. She eventually found a 'call out' person who was ultimately able to help me out. Throughout Sesi kept on checking up with me and even went to the extent of checking whether she should contact the SAPS to keep me safe whilst I waited for the third guy to come assist me, which I was super impressed by, because often we think only women are at risk. I hope that she maintains her level of service, she is a an asset to your organisation. Thank you Sesi @MiWay!
