<p>I would like to take the time to thank Nyiko Mdluli from MiWay for his excepional customer service today. He arranged for my car to be towed in under an hour and kept me up date, It's so much easier to complain when things go wrong but even at time like this there are individuals like Nyiko that go out of their way. Thank you very much. </p>
