Exceptional Customer Service

<p>Having recently complained about poor service i received from Miway, customer service agent Mmathapelo Matjiane had called to assist me. From the get-go she was very understanding and very efficient and helpful. Within a couple of minutes, she was able to assist me and conclude my request. This is what good customer service is about. High five to Mmathapelo - keep up the great work. Hope your boss gives you a reward! and i hope the rest of the agents who were previousl un-helpful will take some notes from Mmathapelo. </p>
