<p>Good day, my first encounter when i contacted Miway insurance to cancel my policy today was with Henry who was very helpful trying to restructure my policy as i couldn't afford it anymore then we got disconnected along the way, had to call back immediately then Bulelani helped me by transfering the call to the relevant advisor by the the name of Thapelo Masinga which he did pick up that i was busy been assisted, he took over the matter and made sure all was up to date, i am happy with the overall turn out of my call it was a pleasure dealing with this guys.Thank you. </p>
