Exceptional customer service

I was not happy with my insurance premium and Tholakele, assisted in getting a better premium with a couple of minutes. She was very efficient and was very patient with the requests I had. She also explained things thoroughly where I required clarity. She definitely ensured i stayed a happy client. :)
