Exceptional Consultation
Today at around 12h00 I had a chance to call MiWay for a review on my policy and a lady by the name Asisipho Ntwanambi was asskgned to assist me with the policy review.
She is a natural beauty and professional, I personally enjoyed the conversation we had where she also advised me on the policy and benefits that MiWay has to their clients, further given me all answers to my questions and which shows that shes not just an ordinary employee however an exceptional one who is knowledgeable about the company she's employed under.
She also assisted in getting me a great premium with no loss to my cover which made my month as it's my birthday month, she actually gave me an early present and a great start to the new chapter of life I'll be taking soon.
Thanks a million to Asisipho Ntwanambi for an excellent consultation and MiWay insurance is very lucky to have such informative and knowledgeable employee whom is a great asset in making sure that clients are happy at all times. As the saying "MiWay - why any other way? Let's do things your way".
She has definitely done things my way.
